Possible break-in reported at vacant East Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a home on East Street after a caller, at the property to clean the yard, opened the door and heard someone inside, even though the homeowner is reportedly incarcerated. The incident was treated as a possible burglary or unlawful entry.
