Man acting erratically near clinic on Cedar Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to the area near a clinic on Cedar Road for a report of a man acting erratically. The caller said the man asked strange questions in a park and may have tried to kick in a clinic door before leaving toward Cedar Road. Another agency later appeared to be with the man on camera, and no medical issues were reported.
