As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are responding to a reported difficulty-breathing call involving a nine-month-old with something possibly lodged in their throat, near Adams Court and Crossman Circle. The child is reported to be coughing/coughed up; law enforcement and EMS are responding.
