That is a dangerous area. I don't see how no ones been killed yet. Their flaggers suck and they leave equipment parked everywhere. Most of the time with out an attenuator truck
Reminds me of the good ol boy days. with little to no oversite. As a contractor my entire working life, I'd get calls from the state all hours of the day and night if my guys did half assed work like some of the things these guys have pulled. But dont get me wrong. For the most part they've done a beautiful job.
