Person with ineffective breathing at shopping center

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched to a shopping center on Pulaski Highway for a reported medical emergency involving ineffective or troubled breathing. Medic and rescue crews were sent, and another advanced life support unit was redirected to assist.
