Vehicle repeatedly honking near Front Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported noise disturbance involving a vehicle repeatedly honking its horn near College Drive, later reported again near the 300 block of Front Street in Beaver Dam. Units checked the area and noted parked, unoccupied vehicles along Front Street.
