Possible juvenile attempts robbery near Beckley Dollar General/McDonald’s

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a reported attempted robbery in the Dollar General/McDonald’s area in Beckley. A young/possible juvenile white male wearing a gray hoodie reportedly approached a woman from behind and tried to kick her feet out from under her. The suspect was last reported in the area of North Oakwood Avenue near Eppley’s Drug Store and was described as riding a dark-colored scooter (later possibly seen on a bike). No weapon was reported.
