Trespassed person reported on boat at shipyard

As discussed during the dispatch call, police responded to a reported trespass at Front Street Shipyard near the large dirt parking lot by a nearby pub, where a person previously banned from shipyard properties was reportedly trying to get onto someone else’s boat. During the same radio traffic, EMS were dispatched to an address on (number withheld) for an apparent unwitnessed fall involving an elderly man in an apartment.
