Report of impaired semi driver on I-40 near Bellemont

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a possibly intoxicated semi-truck driver traveling westbound on I-40 near the Belmont and Parks area. Units attempted to catch up to the white semi with a white trailer and red graphics while additional deputies staged nearby to assist.
