Hit-and-run crash involving pickup and fence

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a reported hit-and-run collision near F Street and West Holly. A black Ford pickup, possibly driven by an intoxicated driver, allegedly struck a metal fence near a motorcycle and then continued northbound on F Street. The motorcycle was reportedly captured on camera.
