Possible water rescue with three victims at picnic area

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire command is established at the Skyline picnic area for a possible water rescue. One person at Skyline Park has reported up to three possible victims last seen in the water below the picnic area earlier in the afternoon. Multiple fire and county units are on scene coordinating the response.
