Hit-and-run involving county vehicle at health department

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a reported hit-and-run involving a county-owned green Nissan Rogue near the health department on West 8th Street. The collision reportedly occurred sometime on Wednesday on the north side of the building.
