Welfare check for man who left hospital with IV

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were asked to conduct a welfare check near a local hospital for a man who reportedly left the facility with an IV still in place, last seen wearing a black T-shirt and black jean shorts. He was not placed on any legal hold before leaving.
