Traffic stop on Route 2 north near Benwood bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling westbound on the interstate and later reported the stop location as Route 2 north in Benwood near the bridge. Radio traffic also mentioned checking registration information for two different license plates.
