Searching for stopped vehicle on I-29 median

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a possible stopped vehicle without flashers reported on the median of southbound I-29 near Beresford. An officer drove to the area, was unable to locate the vehicle, and then began heading north to look for it.
