Reckless white van reported on I-80 near Gilman

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a possible impaired driver in a white Ford van traveling westbound on the freeway near Gilman Street in Berkeley. The vehicle was reportedly swerving and nearly hit another vehicle.
