Driver passed out inside jeep parked after ditch accident

Up to suburban studios, had an anonymous caller advise that there was a silver jeep that was traveling highway 90 westbound.

He stated that the vehicle went into the ditch, came back out of the ditch, and is now parked in the parking lot of suburban studios, and it appears that the driver is passed out sleeping.
