Rail crossing gate stuck at Stewart Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a traffic problem at the Stewart Avenue railroad crossing where the gate is reportedly stuck down because of a switch issue. A train is being held on track two at Bethpage Station while a signal maintainer works to fix the problem.
