Elderly man with weakness and high blood sugar at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched near Kings Run Road for an elderly man experiencing weakness and near fainting after showering. The man was recently discharged from the hospital, alert, able to follow commands, diabetic, and had a high glucose reading. Cross streets include Hyena Hill and Star Road.
