every time almost every week there's a dog locked in the Applebee's parking lot in a car the person obviously don't deserve this animal it is too hot outside for people to be leaving their pets inside how would they like it if we put them in a car and rolled all the windows up with no AC no water no nothing

I wish that people had a brain that told them about there best friend is in a locked car without air conditioning or water , instead they sit on it all the time and it doesn't work down there.

Poor baby. Yes people shouldn’t own animals if they can’t take care of them. 🙏🏼
