As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies requested extra patrol near a location on Highway 7 in Bismarck after a possible gathering of about 30 people in purple uniforms. Units followed a related vehicle and returned with the reporting party to an address near Phoenix Lane and Old Dixonville Road to determine what was happening.
