Vehicle hits building and leaves scene

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a vehicle may have hit a building near Smeltzer Avenue Northeast and then left the area. Concrete blocks were reportedly knocked loose, and the vehicle was described as an older pickup truck.
