Intoxicated bicyclist with head injury in Blooming Grove

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a heavily intoxicated man riding an orange bicycle near the Blooming Grove and Top Shop Road area. Witnesses reported he left the scene in that direction, and EMS was requested later for a possible head injury at the officers’ location.
