I refuse to go back to that store. one of the employees there asked me to leave my purse at the register while I shopped. I asked him why would I do that. He ( the employee) stated that it is store policy for customers carrying an oversized purse to leave their purse at the register in order to prevent customers from shoplifting. Im not a shoplifter. Im also not dumb enough to leave my purse at the checkout with an incompetent employee, who should know that his request was not store policy. I was humiliated, judged for carrying an oversized purse, and picked on, among other things. I was furious. I filed a complaint with DG corporate office. Corporate told me that the request made by their employee was not a store policy.

They were probably wanting the clerk to get off the phone and check them out..last time I was there the woman stayed on the phone being loud and talking the entire time I was waiting to be checked out. she wouldn't even put it down long enough to do her job 🤣
