SUV driving without rear lights on Highway 46

As discussed during the dispatch call, a deputy reported a gray SUV traveling west on Highway 46 near the 600 block in Boerne with no rear taillights, brake lights, or turn signals illuminated, though the running lights were on. The driver did not appear to be intoxicated.
