Report of loose dog in yard at Meadowview Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a citizen report from near Meadowview Drive about a possible large loose dog running around a yard. It was mentioned that the dog may have damaged a sign, but this could not be confirmed over the radio.
