K-9 alert leads to search at East Locust residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was out at a residence near East Locust Street in Bolivar. After a positive K-9 alert, officers began a probable cause search related to a possible drug violation. In a separate call, officers checked a neighborhood near Woodlawn where fireworks set off by a minor were reported and the individuals were advised to stop.
