Driver drinking alcohol in parked vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a parking area near a restaurant in Bolivar for a report of a white female driver and two passengers drinking beer and liquor in a vehicle. The two passengers were later reported to have gone inside the business while the driver remained in the car.
