As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible disorderly conduct situation near a location on Black Oak Road. Callers described a white male with no shirt and tattoos and a white female wearing shorts, a tank top, and carrying a bag. The pair were reportedly involved in a heated verbal argument near an ice machine outside a nearby business, and the female appeared to move back and forth between the area by the ice machine and the road. Units were sent to check on the disturbance and the people involved.
