Tenants reported taking appliances and damaging home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a rental home near Augusta Street for a reported past theft in which tenants allegedly took a washer, dryer, and air conditioner and caused damage to the home. The reporting party requested a phone call from law enforcement.
