Suspicious bicyclist and moped rider near homes

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller in the (number withheld) block of North Dixie Highway in Bonnieville reported two people, one on a bicycle and one on a moped, moving north with their lights off and stopping briefly near several houses before continuing past the nearby school toward the (number withheld) block.
