that wasn't car vs bicycle but I can understand why it might've looked that way to a passer by, that was a bicycle having a mechanical failure that threw it's rider head over handlebars, cars were pulled over to assist the rider who was transported to St Andrews Urgent Care before ambulance arrival and was treated for bruises and road rash. no major injuries or damage to vehicles done. (I know because I'm the bicyclist in question).
