Officers check possible pedestrian hazard on roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible pedestrian hazard near Kankakee River State Park. They did not find a crowd, and one officer noted a rope and sidewalk layout between traffic lanes that may have caused concern.
