Semi truck reported driving without lights on US 61

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a semi-truck traveling southbound on US 61 near Bowling Green without headlights or taillights and drifting onto the shoulder. The truck was said to be approaching the area from the direction of Frankford.
