Female with cirrhosis self-harms at North Ellsworth Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a residence near North Ellsworth Road in Box Elder for a possible mental health emergency involving a woman reportedly striking herself with objects and bleeding. Law enforcement arrived first, and fire and medical units were later cleared to enter the scene.
