50-year-old female vomiting blood at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to an apartment on North Main Street for a reported medical emergency involving a 50-year-old woman who was conscious and breathing but vomiting, or possibly coughing up, blood. Units responded to provide urgent medical assessment and transport as needed.
