Small tree limb partially blocking roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a small tree limb partially blocking the roadway near a residence on Scarborough Road. They moved most of the limb but noted that part of it was still in the travel lane, and a traffic cone was requested for safety until public works could address it.
