Runaway foster juvenile reported on 50th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible runaway juvenile from a foster home near 50th St. The juvenile is described as a white female around 13 years old, last seen wearing jeans or jean shorts and possibly a white top, with long dark brown hair.
