Woman with hip and back pain in Bridgeport medical emergency

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving a 67-year-old female unable to walk and complaining of hip and back pain with a history of diabetes and arthritis was reported near 5th Street in Bridgeport. EMS units responded to the scene.
