Patient at store entrance refuses ambulance transport

As discussed during the dispatch call, a basic life support medical call occurred at the Acme on 34th Street with the patient at the front entrance in the parking lot. The patient refused ambulance transport, and a signed refusal was obtained; no transport was needed.
