Downed power lines and generator explosion reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers sent units to a location on Woodside Drive for downed power lines and trees in the road after power was restored. Callers reported a possible generator explosion with smoke and an electrical buzzing sound, but it did not appear to involve a building fire.
