Boat ramp blocked by wedding setup at park

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of someone apparently blocking the boat ramp at Greenbridge Rec with a platform, possibly to hold a marriage ceremony. A complainant at the scene has taken photos for responding officers.
