As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports severe congestion on Federal Road near Route 202 and a shopping center, with vehicles barely moving. The backup appears to be caused by a possible car fire on Super 7 that is sending traffic onto regular Route 7. Inbound traffic near Bethel Hospital is reported as clear, while outbound traffic remains at a standstill.
