Man yelling at people in vehicle on North Calhoun Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a male screaming and swearing near a residence in the (number withheld) block of North Calhoun Road, possibly involving people arguing in a vehicle. Officers later contacted a person nearby who reported individuals traveling northbound in a vehicle yelling at each other.
