Person in attic damaging wiring and yelling

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from an apartment on Crockett Street where a caller said someone was in the attic, hitting the ceiling, tampering with wiring, yelling, and pressing against a window and refusing to leave. It is unclear if this involved a burglary or another type of disturbance.
