Driver fails sobriety test and refuses breath test

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a woman apparently failed field sobriety testing, refused a chemical test, and was later transported to the Franklin County Jail in Indiana. Separate fire units also checked an attic in a building after a homeowner reported a burning odor, but the search of the attic was reported clear. The radio traffic includes routine checks of a person’s identity and movements of units around the north side of a facility.
