Tenant accused of stealing copper from property

As discussed during the dispatch call, a deputy is requested to meet a caller near County Road 604 about a reported theft. The caller reported that a tenant has been cutting and changing locks and possibly stealing copper wiring from several areas on the property and will arrive in a black Ford truck.
