He’s been doing this for awhile. A couple things of concern. First- no helmet - not sure of his age but I think MD law is 14. 2- riding on the sidewalk- I understand young kids riding on the sidewalk ( safer for new riders than road)😲. 3- probably riding at least 15 mpg ( a fast bike ride) among families , small children, families with strollers , along with senior walkers like myself- someones gonna get hurt. If he’s gonna do this he needs to be on the street.
