Vehicle hits tree and blocks traffic on NE 137th Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, units reported a vehicle that apparently hit a tree in the median on northbound NE 137th Avenue in Brush Prairie, blocking traffic. Law enforcement later cleared the scene with no one found at the vehicle.
