Car found off roadway in creek near Buckhorn Dam

As discussed during the dispatch call, troopers responded to a vehicle stopped in the roadway near Buckhorn Dam in Buckhorn, Kentucky. The vehicle was later reported down over a hill at the bottom of a creek area. Officers coordinated from a distance, gave verbal commands to the driver, and reported difficulty approaching the vehicle near Swallow Creek and KY 2022.
